DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Our products may be delivered by local post and/or reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly on receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should first be addressed and resolved with the Post Office or courier company directly. Replacement of any such lost or damaged goods is made at the discretion of dronefishing.com.au.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not offer a refund if you change your mind. We do offer a refund if you wish to exchange any product within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase. It must be unopened and in the original packaging accompanied by your receipt. You must ensure we receive the products and please note that return shipping is at your cost for any exchange. Once we receive the returned products, we will replace or provide a refund in accordance with your request. We cannot offer an exchange or refund for any opened or used products.
If we have made an error on your order, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.
We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Queensland and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and dronefishing.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
