Fully Paid Orders placed before 1pm Australian EST will be shipped the same day via TNT express or Australia Post e-parcel (subject to item availability). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted the next business day. Locations outside capital cities and major regional center’s may take an extra day to be delivered. It is possible the shipping company has delays due to Covid restrictions and lock-downs depending on the depot areas.
Unfortunately Drone Fishing cannot control the couriers or the speed at which they deliver. As with every courier service, it is possible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Drone Fishing ensures items leave the warehouse promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times outside of our control.
Please note that only Australia Post is used to ship to PO BOXES. These shipments will be sent with tracking and signature on delivery. Drone Fishing does not ship to shared boxes.
Where a multirotor/drone/UAV (such as a DJI Phantom) is ordered together with a protective case, we will pack and ship the multirotor/drone/UAV and accessories together inside the case, unless otherwise requested in writing before the order is posted.
If you do not receive tracking within 2 days of your order being processed, please contact us on sales@dronefishing.com.au or phone 1300990081 and we will be sure to provide any information your require. It is possible that some email address do not accept our business address and may place our emails in SPAM. We suggest you check spam prior to contacting us regarding your package shipment.
